    You’ll need the following tools and materials to build the mobile tool cabinet:

    -Circular saw
    -Jigsaw
    -Drill

    -1″ × 4″ × 8′ board
    -1″ × 3″ × 8′ board
    -1″ × 2″ × 8′ board
    -1″ × 12″ × 8′ board
    -1″ × 10″ × 8′ board
    -1″ × 8″ × 8′ board
    -1″ × 6″ × 8′ board
    -1-1/4″ screws
    -2-1/2″ screws
    -3″ screws

    Building the Cabinet

    1. Cut the boards to size.

    Cut the following boards to size:

    -1″ × 4″ × 84″ board (2)
    -1″ × 3″ × 84″ board (2)
    -1″ × 2″ × 84″ board (2)
    -1″ × 12″ × 30″ board
    -1″ × 10″ × 30″ board
    -1″ × 8″ × 30″ board
    -1″ × 6″ × 30″ board

    2. Assemble the sides of the cabinet.

    Use 1″ × 4″ × 84″ boards to make the sides of the cabinet. Drill pilot holes and then attach the boards using 1-1/4″ screws.

    3. Assemble the front and back of the cabinet.

    Use 1″ × 3″ × 84″ boards to make the front and back of the cabinet. Drill pilot holes and then attach the boards using 1-1/4″ screws.

    4. Assemble the top and bottom of the cabinet.

    Use 1″ × 2″ × 84″ boards to make the top and bottom of the cabinet. Drill pilot holes and then attach the boards using 1-1/4″ screws.

    5. Attach the front, back, top, and bottom of the cabinet to the sides.

    Use 1″ × 4″ × 30″ boards to attach the front, back, top, and bottom of the cabinet to the sides. Drill pilot holes and then attach the boards using 2-1/2″ screws.

    6. Attach the caster wheels.

    Attach the caster wheels to the bottom of the cabinet. Drill pilot holes and then attach the wheels using 3″ screws.

    7. Paint or seal the cabinet.

    Paint or seal the cabinet to protect the wood.
