Survey Format and Content

Section 5 covers aspects relating to customer satisfaction when it comes to hiring professional woodworkers for a project or using do-it-yourself approaches. Questions range from client preferences regarding periodic follow up visits or assessments from professionals through detailed feedback specific types of services rendered during high end commercial solutions like custom cabinetry installations in a variety of settings.
Lastly, Section 6 serves as an open ended feedback section designed for respondents who wish to expound on any previously unanswered items or offer any additional comments or suggestions pertinent to the field woodworking businesses.

The Greenshade Woodworker survey was conducted to gain valuable insight into the needs of various consumer segment within the industry. After analyzing the data collected, several key findings and trends were identified:
Most respondents (nearly two thirds) were employed in woodworking for over five years. The majority of woodworkers surveyed were employed full-time, and nearly three quarters reported having a college degree or higher.
