Repeat this process for the other three sides of the frame.

The seat of the porch swing is made from a piece of plywood that is 48 inches wide by 18 inches tall.
Cut out a seat from the plywood using a circular saw.
Next, drill a hole in the center of the seat that is 1 inch in diameter.
Stain or paint the seat, and then let it dry.
Assembly
Next, attach the seat to the frame of the porch swing. Line up the seat so that the hole is in the center of the frame.
Thread an eye bolt through the hole in the seat. Then, put a washer and a nut on the end of the eye bolt. Make sure the nut is tight against the washer.
